These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "VisionCraft" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.
VisionCraft is a vision board creation application that allows users to:
You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.
The App offers the following premium plans:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:
You retain ownership of any photos, text, or other content you create or upload using the App. Vision boards and their contents are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your creative content on our servers.
We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including but not limited to defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device.
We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.
We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.
Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「VisionCraft」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」）には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。
本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
VisionCraftは、ビジョンボード作成アプリケーションであり、以下の機能を提供します：
ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本アプリのアカウント情報を適切に管理するものとします。ユーザーは、いかなる場合にも、アカウント情報を第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。
本アプリは以下のプレミアムプランを提供しています：
サブスクリプションはAppleのApp Storeを通じて管理されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。デバイスの設定からサブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルが可能です。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
ユーザーが本アプリを使用して作成またはアップロードした写真、テキスト、その他のコンテンツの所有権はユーザーに帰属します。ビジョンボードとそのコンテンツはユーザーのデバイスにローカル保存されます。当社はユーザーの創作コンテンツにアクセス、収集、またはサーバーに保存することはありません。
当社は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
当社は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。デバイスに保存されたデータの損失について、当社は責任を負いません。
当社は、ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあり、ユーザーはこれを承諾するものとします。
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
